The hotel has excellent facilities, and the receptionist, Yasmina, is very friendly and attentive to every detail. Every time she answered the phone, she had a sweet voice and made sure my requests were handled perfectly. I've been traveling the world, especially to Cancun and the Riviera Maya, for over 20 years, and Yasmina impressed me with her professionalism and good manners.

SHA's new women's health unit is incredible. The doctors are kind, compassionate, and committed to helping you understand your body. The osteopath, physio, and acupuncture practitioners completely blew me away. I did not know it was possible to feel this good and re energized. The service staff is also so kind and compassionate. I left feeling like I was among friends, and I'm already daydreaming about returning. Thank you for everything.
